JD Edwards (now Oracle) was a Frantz Group client for more than six years. In 2001, following an internal reorganization, JD Edwards elected to consolidate telemarketing vendors from 7+ different call center organizations to a core group of 1-2 firms. After an RFP/selection process that spanned several months, The Frantz Group was awarded a majority of JD Edwards US call center activity which, at its peak (and for a period of more than two years) meant 40-60 dedicated callers.
