In just one week (five business days), our Frantz Group (FG) telesales team achieved a major milestone, closing over $1,000,000 in new technology purchases to Domino’s Pizza franchisees on behalf of multiple technology vendors including IBM. The list of technologies is extensive and includes point of sale (POS) hardware, Domino’s Pulse software, broadband VPN, help desk services, printers, customer data conversion, training, online ordering, cabling and installation. The 53 stores closed during the first week of May is our most successful sales week ever. The success is attributed to new campaigns and strategies, an experienced FG technology sales team and an integrated marketing program that communicated clear business benefits to the Domino’s franchisees.
During 2007, the FG Domino’s telesales team expects to sell the same set of technologies to over 1000 stores which represents more than $20 million in sales. This would be a 100% increase in adoption over 2006. Domino’s Pizza has 5200 stores in the US with about 4500 stores owned and operated by a franchisee base of approximately 1200.
