Marketing Manager
We have a need for a Marketing Manager for our Strategic Services department. The ideal candidate will not only be able to shine using their expertise with our clients, but will also be able to manage the operational side of this marketing role. The primary function of this role is to lead clients in strategic planning of integrated marketing programs and campaigns while managing the delivery of marketing communication projects, whiling growing revenue and maintaining margins for department. Assist sales team in efforts to close business.
- Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Strategic planning and integrated marketing consulting to support lead generation and franchise services.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for integrated use of eMarketing, direct mail events, print and radio advertising, PR and collateral material.
- Manage delivery of marketing communication projects and oversee work of other project managers and support team members.
- Oversee operations and manage quality of Strategic Services by ongoing evaluation and supervision to ensure quality, efficiencies and budgets are being met.
- Develop opportunities to grow revenue within Strategic Services by account development and sales support.
- Responsible for the training, development and management of direct reports to ensure ongoing growth is occurring for staff within scope of responsibilities.
- Create standardized and centralized best practices within the Strategic Services area.
- Exercise and model leadership to all team members to ensure high performance within department.
- Actively participate in Frantz Group initiatives and actions that support the continued growth of the business.
- Responsible for successfully transferring key knowledge to team members and/or organization in a standard and consistent manner that is written and verbal to the audience.
Agency background fits best with this role. Experience consulting for and working with external clients. Individual must possess strong analytical skills to interpret and clearly present information. Strong ability to complete projects in an agreed upon timeframe...work efficiently and within budget. A clear understanding of direct marketing and lead generation processes. Search engine marketing and optimization best practices. Understanding of B2B lead generation best practices. Knowledge of Brand guideline standards. Working knowledge of advertising standards, traditional and online. Market research approaches and analysis and strong project management skills.
