Account Executive
We are currently building our arsenal by searching for our next Account Executive within our organization. Our company continues to see growth and we want to be ready!
The ideal candidate will not only be able to shine using their expertise with our clients, but will also be able to manage the operational side of this Account Executive role. This position wears multiple hats in order to service our clients while driving revenue for our business. This role is responsible for new business sales as well as maintaining current clients. In addition, you would need to manage to delivery of the account and ensure that the execution of the marketing plan and it's tactics are happening...on time, within budget and of high quality. Another important aspect of the role is managing staff that are working on these campaigns and providing guidance, direction and support while leading by example. Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge and proficiency with integrated marketing services and technology companies.
- Manage delivery of marketing communication projects and oversee work of others working on project and support team members.
- Oversee operations and manage quality of delivery of Integrated Marketing Campaign by ongoing evaluation and supervision to ensure quality, efficiencies and budgets are being met.
- Conduct sales process to maintain and upsell current base of accounts.
- Conduct business development to uncover and close new business opportunities and generate revenue for assigned segment.
- Responsible for the training, development and management of direct reports to ensure ongoing growth is occurring for staff within scope of responsibilities.
- Create standardized and centralized best practices within the Sales/Delivery area.
- Exercise and model leadership to all team members to ensure high performance within department.
- Actively participate in Frantz Group initiatives and actions that support the continued growth of the business.
- Responsible for successfully transferring key knowledge to team members and/or organization in a standard and consistent manner that is written and verbal to the audience.
Individual must possess strong analytical skills to interpret and clearly present information. Strong ability to complete projects in an agreed upon timeframe...work efficiently and within budget. A clear understanding of direct marketing and lead generation processes. Proven track record of successful sales and meeting expectations. Strong understanding of BtoB lead generation best practices. Aptitude to understand Technology clients/businesses in order to provide a consultative sales approach.
