These are the values we hold dear:
Respect for the individual. We are passionate about our work, but we are more passionate about our people. When we care for our employees, we care for our customer. Every Frantz Group employee is a key employee, and should be treated as such. Every voice, every opinion is important - and deserves to be heard. Our President's door is always open.
Pursuit of exellence. We don't know the definition of mediocre. We are in this business to be the best at what we do. We know that getting the job done is not the same thing as getting it done right. We are not satisfied until our customers expectations are exceeded. An obstacle or a challenge only makes finding the solution that much more satisfying.
Innovation. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. The solution to the most complex marketing or sales challenge is often a new idea. Just because it hasn't been done before, doesn't mean it shouldn't be tried. We have fostered an environment where creativity is both highly valued - and very necessary to fulfilling our commitment to our customers.
Competitive spirit. If you put two people into the same job, one will almost always out-perform the other. And the result of putting two people in direct competition, is that it pushes both of those people to elevate their level of performance. Our employees are endlessly supportive of one another, but they are also keenly aware of the scoreboard. They thrive on competition.
Equal opportunity. We believe that performance should determine success - not age, not race, not tenure, not education or prior experience. We strive to create a level playing field for our employees, so that everyone has an equal shot at opportunities and advancement. Our employees success is only limited by effort, endurance, and achievement.
Promotion from within. Not always, but almost always. We are committed to growing our people. And we believe our strongest leaders understand every aspect of our business - because they have lived it. Ninety percent of our senior management team began at Frantz Group in an entry-level position, and worked their way up. We are a culture that rewards performance with advancement. Our president says, "if you can grow it, you can run it."
Merit pay. We believe that income should be directly related to performance. Those whose achievement is greater, should earn a bigger paycheck. Every Frantz Group employee - from the most senior manager to the newest hire - has a portion of their compensation package that hinges upon their performance. We believe that ultimately people will do what they are paid, measured, and encouraged to do. And so we reward success with income growth.
Exemplary customer service. When our competitors say no, we say yes. We pride ourselves on our "can do" attitude - and our commitment to helping our customers achieve their mission critical marketing and sales objectives. We truly become an extension of their team - adjusting our approach to their unique ways of doing business. We aren't perfect, but when there are issues, we are all over them. And sometimes, if we truly believe something isn't in our customers' best interest, we push back.
