Frantz Group designed and implemented an integrated marketing campaign for Delphi Display Systems that drove increased sales of their Order Confirmation Systems for the quick service restaurant (QSR) segment during first quarter 2007. The campaign exceeded forecasted results by approximately 200% and helped Delphi get off to a quick start in 2007.

The campaign targeted four QSR brands that Delphi had identified as key to expanding their customer base. The integrated campaign included a four piece postcard mailing with follow-up calls to a pool of 4000 franchisees. Frantz Group designed the entire campaign including the concept, creative, content development, copywriting, production of the postcard series, as well as telesales follow-up.

The data to support this integrated marketing campaign came from Frantz Group’s own database of quick service restaurant franchisees – which has been developed over the past three years, and which has been a launch pad for Frantz Group’s telesales success – having now sold over $100 million in technology solutions to the franchise vertical. As a result, the database has continued to grow and now includes 14 top QSR brands, more than 50,000 stores, and many other details – including Operator and Store Manager names, legal business names and store linkages, main office contact details, store configuration information (such as number of drive thru lanes, etc.), and installed technology at the store level (ex. point of sale software & hardware, wireless provider, etc.).
